My brave fellow Iranians,
The Islamic Republic is weaker and more fragmented than ever. It is not the same regime that ruled Iran a year ago. Its missing leader and senior officials are afraid of the Iranian people. They know that a nationwide uprising can bring their rule to an end.
This criminal regime and its Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) have dragged our country into war and put Iran’s future at risk. The IRGC controls much of the country, steals its wealth, and is responsible for much of the economic crisis and insecurity we face today.
They have left our people without enough food, without security, and without hope for the future. They are willing to destroy Iran to stay in power.
Our country has already suffered too much. We cannot allow more destruction. We must stand together and do everything we can to save Iran.
We have a clear plan to end the Islamic Republic and manage the country after it falls. Our plan will maintain security and stability, protect people’s basic freedoms, and make sure their essential needs are met.
To those serving in the military, police, and security forces: stand with the people, not the regime. Join the nation when the time comes to free Iran. Those who do so will be guaranteed safety and protection from reprisals. But those who continue to support the regime and commit crimes against our people will face justice under the law.
This time, I call not only on military and government personnel, but on Iranians from every walk of life who have had enough of this regime and seek a free and prosperous future for our country. Secure your Telegram first
Check your active Telegram sessions and make sure no unknown device is connected to your account. Turn on two-step verification and set your privacy settings so that strangers cannot see your details.
Do these three things before opening the bot
Search for the bot yourself
The valid link is on Prince Reza Pahlavi's official accounts and his media communications; do not click links on unofficial pages or in messages from strangers. Then check that the handle reads exactly @BarkhiziranBot.

Fake ads above the chat
An ad above the bot chat? It is fake; just tap ✕.
Telegram shows an ad bar above every bot chat and it always carries two markers: the two letters "Ad" and "what's this?" beside them. That is Telegram's normal behaviour. These ads are fake, even when they carry Prince Reza Pahlavi's name, and as long as you do not touch them they cannot harm you.

Why Telegram?
Six reasons the campaign uses a Telegram bot
Already in everyone's hands
Telegram is the most used messenger in Iran and is already on most phones. On 10 February 2026 its founder Pavel Durov wrote that despite the ban most Iranians still use Telegram and prefer it to surveilled apps. Installing an unknown app is itself a risk.
A handle you verify yourself
The bot has a unique handle that cannot be forged and can be checked on its profile page. The valid link lives only on Prince Reza Pahlavi's official accounts and his media communications; you search for the handle yourself and never click a link on an unofficial page.
Official app, open source
Telegram's official apps are open source and their builds can be verified. Unofficial builds, above all the "Iranian Telegrams", have repeatedly been declared unsafe.
Your number stays with Telegram
Joining the bot takes your number nowhere it has not already been: it is the same account you have used on Telegram for years. The bot sees only what you type, and your phone number stays with Telegram unless you send it yourself.
The controls are yours
Two-step verification, the list of active sessions, deleting a chat on both sides and a username instead of a number are all Telegram's own tools.
It said no to the Islamic Republic
Telegram refused the Islamic Republic's request for access to citizens' data and refused to move its servers into Iran; the result was a full block by court order in April 2018.
With the official Telegram app and a direct chat with our correct bot, the path is safe; what can put it at risk is using unofficial apps and third-party clients.
