Prince Reza Pahlavi's Op-Ed in Dutch Magazine EW: Will the Netherlands Be a Bystander or a Partner in Iran's Freedom? — July 10, 2026

In an op-ed for the Dutch magazine EW, Prince Reza Pahlavi wrote that the Netherlands must choose between being a bystander and a partner in Iran's freedom. The Office of Prince Reza Pahlavi published an excerpt, in English and Dutch:

“The Iranian people will determine our own destiny. The choice for the Netherlands is whether it will be a bystander or a partner in our freedom.

Het Iraanse volk zal zijn
eigen lot bepalen. De keuze is aan Nederland of het een omstander of een partner in onze vrijheid wil zijn.”
